Investigation Service Fee Schedule It is our objective to provide our clients with the highest quality of investigative services while insuring that their privacy is carefully protected. If you are in need of professional investigative services, please call for more information and a free consultation. We will work with you to provide a thorough investigation within your budget requirements. Clients may make online payments using the secure payment service, PayPal. Money orders and cash are also accepted; please contact us to verify costs before mailing. Personal checks will be accepted, but the investigation will not be initiated until the check clears our service account. Surveillance Investigation Pricing The following is intended to be a guideline for surveillance investigations. Every case and client is unique, requiring individual attention to detail. We consider time, cost and complexity in each of our client's investigation issues and use only those resources that are necessary to resolve their case. For more information regarding your investigative request, call or email us for more details. A contract agreement will be completed by the client. A minimum retainer of $360.00, of which a non-refundable cash fee of $240.00 (based on minimum of (4) four hours of investigation), is to be paid to Mile High Investigations upon commencement of investigative services to be performed for the CLIENT. The RETAINER paid by CLIENT shall be debited for billable services performed and case related expenses incurred by Mile High Private Investigations. As the investigation proceeds, you will be advised if additional funds are needed to complete the assignment. All unused retainer balances will be refunded with the final invoice. Hourly rates begin when the investigator arrives at the case location and end when the investigator arrives back at the case location. There will be no charges for the initial consultation. We do not charge any communication fees, such as telephone calls and email. Standard Hourly Investigation Fee...................... $65.00 / hour Mileage **...................................................... $0.50 per mile Report *........................................................ $25.00 additional reports *This includes report preparation, photographs, video CD. There is no charge for the initial report. ** Mileage is calculated for all travel during case investigation over 35 miles. ***All other fees will be charged at cost. This includes any and all expenses paid out of pocket that directly benefit the case, i.e. cover charges, drink minimums, hotel expense, etc. Prior to these expenses being incurred, you will be contacted for approval on any single charge above $35.00. Global Positioning System (GPS) GPS Tracking is a Customized State-of-the-Art Investigative Technology, which uses Global Positioning System (GPS) Satellite Technology and the Latest Mapping Software to Track Personal/Company Vehicles Covertly, Providing a Detailed Analysis of Vehicle Movements With or Without the Driver's Knowledge. GPS can be used to: • Track a potentially Cheating Spouse • Verify the Activity and Location of Your Teenager • Track and Monitor your Company Vehicles. We offer GPS rental service, and Full Tracking Report Services. GPS units are installed by an experienced investigator. All GPS rentals are subject to a $300.00 retainer (This cost will go towards replacment of the unit if damaged or unreturned), this is to insure that the unit is returned undamaged and in a timely manner. The retainer will be credited back to your account once the unit is back in our possession. GPS Tracker Security Deposit $300.00 *GPS Weekly Rental - 7 days $150.00 / week Installation/ Retrieval by Investigator $150.00 Keep In Mind If your inquiry is in reference to an infidelity investigation and discretion is imperative, keep in mind the following: If you inquire via e-mail, be sure and delete the inquiry in the “Sent” folder. If you inquire via telephone, consider deleting any calls from your phone. All Major credit cards accepted through paypal. Retainer Contract This will outline the terms of our surveillance investigations or other case initiated on a retainer basis. This must be completed and on-file before any investigations may begin. To assign a case to us: Simply print the documents below, fax them back to us, make a retainer fee payment, and we are on the case.  |
